Drag the stick. Double-click to centre. A gamepad works too.

How to play

  1. Press Start sound. The sequencer is already running.
  2. Move the joystick. Each position gives a different pattern and sound.
  3. When you hear something you like, press Like. Do this in three or four places.
  4. Press Dislike to push a sound away. Hold Drag, move the stick, then let go to put the current sound somewhere else.
  5. Scramble gives a whole new network. Jolt adds new sounds where you haven't taught it yet.
  6. Turn up Z to let the sound wander. X is how fast it learns, Y is the tempo.

Keys: L like, D dislike, S scramble, J jolt, hold Space to drag, P start/stop, Shift+F forget, 1–6 screens. Gamepad: left stick X/Y, right stick Z/W, A like, B dislike, X drag (hold), Y jolt.

This runs the firmware's own synth code and the NISPS learning engine, compiled to WebAssembly. More about MEMLCelium on the firmware page.
